Once the scope of work was communicated to the homeowner, Crew Chief Todd and partner Malik began work. They steam cleaned and sanitized all affected areas and set up drying equipment to properly dry their home.

Our Project Manager, Claud, arrived at the customer’s home and thoroughly assessed the damage. He communicated the process with the customer and assisted them with their insurance claim. As soon as Claud received approval for the work needed, our crews began with the extraction and removal of affected materials to ensure proper drying. There was 7 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and an air scrubber setup to quickly dry the home.
