Camelot Emergency Water Removal Project Manager, Justin Popp responded to the job first and communicated the extent of damage to the homeowner. Immediately, Crew Chief, Corey and partner Ethan were sent out to begin the work. The team began by removing the dishwasher and disinfecting the area. Then proper drying equipment was set up in the kitchen. In the basement wet pad was removed and carpet was lifted for drying. Disinfection also took place in the basement and equipment was set up to dry and return the home to a pre flood moisture content.

December 28, 2022 | Grand Rapids, MI

Camelot Emergency Water Removal Project Manager, Tim Young arrived to the home and thoroughly inspected the damage, took moisture readings, and determined the best solution to remediate the damage in the home. After the process was agreed upon with the homeowner, Crew Chief, Todd and partner Ethan got to work extracting water. Pad was removed as well as some paneling and insulation in ensure proper drying of the basement. From there carpet was disinfected and lifted for drying. Finally proper drying equipment was installed throughout the basement to ensure proper drying.
