Project Manager, Ben, went to the address for inspection. Upon arrival the homeowner showed him the affected areas and concerns. From there Ben assessed the damage and communicated the scope of work with the homeowner. Once all parties were in agreement, our crews arrived to begin the work. They began by extracting water and removing wet carpet, padding, and some baseboards. Our team then steam cleaned and sanitized all affected areas and set up equipment to ensure proper drying. Their home was dry in 3 days.
