Camelot Emergency Water Removal Project Manager, Tim Young, arrived to the home in under 60 mins. He thoroughly assessed the damage and communicated the scope of work with the customer. Corey and Matt removed the affected vinyl flooring to properly dry the areas affected in the kitchen. After that, we cleaned and sanitized the affected areas. We then floated the carpet for proper drying in the basement. Proper drying equipment was installed in the kitchen and basement to ensure proper drying. The home was dry in 3 days.
