Camelot's project manager, Chad responded rapidly to start assessing the water damage from the sump pump failure. After locating the affected areas, Chad called the customer who was on vacation in Florida to discuss the situation and his recommended scope of work. Our technicians then jumped right into removing the water from the basement. Camelot, cleaned and disinfected the affected areas, and installed specialty drying equipment to dry the basement to its pre-flood condition.
