A homeowner in Schoolcraft, MI had a toilet supply line break while at work all day causing water damage to the finished basement. The Customer called Camelot Emergency Water Removal when they realized what happened. The toilet line leaked down the walls into the finished basement leaving pools of water in some areas, wet carpet and wet drywall, along with personal items.
Brian, Camelot Emergency Water Removals Project Manager, arrived on site shortly after getting the call. Brian assessed the situation, and discussed with the homeowner, the process and scope of work which needed to be done . Crew Chief, Corey, and his team arrived on site to start the clean up, and removal of damaged items in the home. The team then strategically installed professional drying equipment to return the affected materials to their pre-flood condition.
