This homeowner in Holt, Michigan suffered from a Ice Maker Line break. Which resulted in Water leaking into the garage and Kitchen floor. The main level and garage were affected along with the kitchen flooring, garage ceiling, and drywall. Although the damage was quite serious, it was nothing our technicians could not handle!

Solutions provided:

Camelot Emergency Water Removal, Project Manager, Claud Brown arrived to the job first. He was able to inspect the damage and communicate to the homeowner the scope of work needed. Once all parties were in agreement, crew chief, Lon and his partner Ambrose arrived to begin the work. They started by removing the damaged flooring in the kitchen and affected areas of the garage ceiling. After removing the affected areas, sanitation was completed. From there our crew installed 7 blowers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 DriForce injection unit to help dry out the hard to reach structures in the kitchen. Then another 9 blowers, and 1 dehumidifier were installed in the garage to help dry the ceiling.
