Camelot Emergency Water Removal received a call from a homeowner in Okemos, Michigan, regarding water damage in their home. The damage was due to a shower leak causing water to run down into the basement, affecting the bathroom and the basement. The homeowner needed immediate assistance in drying out the home.

When our Project Manager, Eric Steele, arrived on-site, he fully inspected the damage. He used specialized equipment to detect the level of moisture in all areas affected. Eric communicated the scope of work to the customer and instructed our technicians to remove wet laminate in the bathroom and the wet parts of drywall in the ceiling to ensure proper drying. After steam cleaning and disinfection, equipment was set up in the bathroom and containment and equipment was set up in the basement to completely dry the home.
