When Camelot Emergency Water Removal Project Manager, Claud, arrived at the home, he thoroughly assessed the damage and communicated the scope of work with the customer. Crew Chief Eric, and partner Jordan, removed the affected laminate flooring to properly dry the areas affected. After that, steam cleaning and sanitation was performed. Professional drying equipment was installed in both the kitchen and the basement of the home to ensure proper drying.
