Eric then communicated the full scope of work to the customer. Then our crews began work, starting with extracting water from the carpet and pad. The area was steam cleaned and sanitized and the carpet was lifted for proper drying. Then our team installed proper drying equipment including some wall cavity drying units to help properly dry the walls.
