Our team at Camelot Emergency Water Removal immediately dispatched one of our Project Managers, Tevontae, to inspect the damage. Upon inspection, the carpet, pad, and drywall were affected. Tevontae communicated the scope of work to the homeowner. Then three of our technicians arrived shortly and started the cleanup and thorough disinfection of the areas affected. Then proper drying equipment was installed, including one inject dry machine to help dry out the wall cavity to ensure proper drying of the home.

Project Manager Eric Steele, went to the location and thoroughly inspected the damage. He took moisture readings and discussed the process with the homeowner. After that, Crew Chief Todd, and partner Malik arrived and began the clean-up. Our team extracted the carpet and removed affected baseboards, drywall, and insulation to ensure proper drying. When everything was cleaned and sanitized, we set up drying equipment throughout the basement including inject dry machines to quickly dry the home.

He inspected the water damage thoroughly and spoke to the customer to come up with the most effective course of action. Crew Chief Todd, and crew began by extracting water from the floors. From there they removed the affected ceiling. Cleaning and disinfection was preformed. Then proper drying equipment was installed, including a hardwood machine. The team was able to save their hardwood floors and the kitchen was dry in a few short days.

Once scope of work was determined and communicated to the homeowner, Crew Chief Corey, and teammates, James, and Malik, got to work. Teams began with extracting water and removed damaged pad and baseboards to ensure proper drying. Sanitation was performed then air movers and dehumidifiers and dry injectors were installed to dry out the basement.
We were very happy with Camelot throughout the entire cleanup process. They were quick to respond and extremely knowledgable.
I called Camelot after being surprised by two inches of water in my basement. They were at my house within 30 minutes, and four hours later it was like nothing ever happened.
